finding the time to relax and when you do eventually sit down for that well deserved break, finding it increasingly difficult to switch off your thoughts, which would enable you to relax and unwind.

Here at Life Body Soul, we offer a variety of relaxation tools, such as self-hypnosis, visualization and breathing techniques, to help you find that place of grace, where you can become calm and centered, switch off from the chaotic life styles that you have managed to manifest for yourselves, and just relax for a while.

Giving yourselves permission for time out, is something we very rarely do as there are always jobs to be done.

(There are not enough hours in the day).
